These terms and conditions govern your use of the Ualma website and services. By using our website and engaging with our services, you accept these terms in full.
2. Products & Services
Ualma is a premium beef distribution company. We source and distribute the highest grade beef from certified farms worldwide to restaurants, butchers, retailers, and other trade buyers across the United Kingdom.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
3. Trade Accounts & Orders
Our products are supplied on a business-to-business basis. To place orders, you may be required to set up a trade account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account.

- Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Order modifications or cancellations must be communicated as early as possible
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in British Pounds (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be agreed upon when setting up your trade account. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, though confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price.
5. Delivery
All deliveries are made via temperature-controlled logistics to maintain product quality and food safety standards. Delivery schedules and lead times will be confirmed at the point of order. We make every effort to meet delivery dates but shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Quality & Returns
All products are fully traceable and meet the highest quality and food safety standards. Any concerns regarding product quality must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Products must not be accepted if the cold chain has been compromised. Returns or credits for quality issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ualma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
